Details have been revealed about the special Pikachu we revealed two weeks ago being held at the Minato Mirai park called the Pikachu Outbreakchu from August 9th 2014 to August 17th 2014 in Japan. This Pikachu, which as noted before has special nicknames depending upon part of the park it is downloaded, has got the following moves; Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Surf and Hold Hands and holds an Air Balloon. We'll bring more on this when it comes.
