【英文工具】国内尚未见到的无名训练师编辑器和口袋全能修改器（求达人汉化）

口袋王国首发，但是口袋精灵一个月来没登录过，于是发这里：

（1）UnnamedTrainerEditor--来自PokeCommunity的Jambo51的英文无名训练师编辑器
  原文：A new trainer editor which correctly labels the AI and IV values, as well as supporting reading from an INI to help ensure that it should be future proof!

（2）CPE (Complete Pokemon Editor)--DNS昼夜工具开发者prime-dialga编写的口袋全能修改器最终版（虽是德文，但支持全部GBA口袋英文版）

This tool is intended to represent an alternative to programs such as the Amplifier.

Compatible with:
  BPRD = FireRed German
  AXVD = Rubin German
  AXPD = sapphire German
  BPGD = LeafGreen German
  BPED = Emerald German
  AXVE = Ruby
  AxPe = Sapphire
  BPRE = Fire Red
  BPEG = Leaf Green
  Bpee = Emerald

  Functions:
  (New features that has not yet existed in the German-speaking countries as a tool to be lifted out with green.)

   -The sequence in the Pokemon Pokedex can be edited
   -All Pokemon can be edited (some properties. Attacks, evolution, not etc ...)
   > First time behave with the EP
   - Backups are automatically created when by wishing
   -Edit Footprint
   -Edit Evolution
   -Editing Pokemon Names
   -Edit icon
   -TMs / VMs are editable
   -You can edit the complete Pokedex
   > Even with the second  Part of the R / S entry and the Pokemon Trainer Comparison
   -Edit Sprite
   -Edit Back sprite
   -Edit Pal
   -Edit Shiny-Pal
   -Edit learn-ability
